
The mushroom strips taste like proper chicken also thanks to their tender texture. Sweet pineapple and carrot pieces contrast the peanut flavour of the katsu, which has a very lovely creamy consistency. Rich and well-balanced.
Always wanted to try their katsu carry and I was very happy that I did. Delicious!
I have no idea why Suissi isn’t talked about more in the vegan/Glasgow community. Just wow, the food was incredible and it’s such a beautiful and cosy wee spot. This was just 10/10, loved the texture and coating of the mushrooms.
