Unbelievably incredible dish in every respect. They use different varieties of beets and then an
asian inspired vinaigrette to create one of the most amazing vegan dishes I have ever eaten. I am not sure it is available at all times or at all Roys. If you are vegetarian or vegan, simply ask for their Vegetarian menu and adjust for a vegan lifestyle. Roys is a high-end restaurant but they know their tastes. Highly recommended
