This is a stripped down version of their California Roll Salad without the crab. It is chock full of fresh vegetables and has an very tasty dressing. Good pick for a great establishment.
Unbelievably incredible dish in every respect. They use different varieties of beets and then an asian inspired vinaigrette to create one of the most amazing vegan dishes I have ever eaten. I am not sure it is available more
This is a phenomenal dish. It consists of a base of quinoa with a layer of greens, followed by their tasty soup of the day. It is a nice size dish and is a bargain compared to the offerings of the surrounding restaurants. more
The Taro Burger is a staple at Moku Roots. The taro holds up better than any other vegan burger I have eaten. Since Moku Roots is trying to keep a minimal footprint, this is a good choice of ingredient for the burgers on Maui.
