Beet Poke Bowl at Roy's Restaurant — stunice's Review (Aug 20, 2018)

Unbelievably incredible dish in every respect. They use different varieties of beets and then an asian inspired vinaigrette to create one of the most amazing vegan dishes I have ever eaten. I am not sure it is available at all times or at all Roys. If you are vegetarian or vegan, simply ask for their Vegetarian menu and adjust for a vegan lifestyle. Roys is a high-end restaurant but they know their tastes. Highly recommended
