매실탕수채. Described in the menu as featuring crispy fried soy protein, but the dish mainly consisted of fried oyster and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fried with assorted crunchy vegetables such as pineapple, bell peppers, carrot, purple cabbage, black fungus, and cashew nuts in plum-flavoured sweet and sour sauce. Quite tasty but was expecting more soy protein 'pork'! (Allium-free. Small 10,000 won)
Not the best but still belly delicious. I knocked some stars off cos the mushrooms I got were mainly oyster mushrooms which is my least favourite. 😬 There’s 1 dried mushroom and I think 1 king oyster and 2 mock meat pieces. The rest are all oyster mushrooms. 😂 but I grandiosely inhaled this big plate of plant goodness and another big plate of jjajangmyeon.. 😎
It was a favorite with my family and everyone loved it. The sauce was amazing. Would recommend.
This place offers the vegan version of a lot of traditional Korean and Chinese goodies. Their Tangsuchae and Jjajangmyeon (black bean noodle) are very very highly recommended! #jaan
