Truffled Mushroom Pasta

Another ancient pic harking back to some 34 months ago. If you’re into truffle, this one’s a winner. The penne is cooked just right, and the truffle mushroom sauce is super creamy and rich. The king oyster mushrooms give it a nice meaty texture, and the soy slices are a fun twist. The rocket leaves and nutritional yeast tie it all together. Definitely a comfort food upgrade!

Catching up on reviews - the fact that I forgot to add this one probably says enough about what I thought of this #truffle pasta dish. It was OK, just very same-ish, and I didn't end up finishing it. No idea what the hard cheesy balls sprinkled over the top of the pasta were, but they tasted very odd! 😅 #pastalover #vegantravel

Creamy pasta. The truffle mushroom sauce was good. Topped with rocket leaves. Wished they gave more mushrooms in this dish.
