Sichuan Impossible™ Meat & Mapo Tofu in Hotpot

I think the title meant in stonepot. It was passable for me because it lacked the spice

I like this dish but felt the ‘meat’ and sauce was a tad too salty for me, would be good to eat this with plain rice/ porridge. The spiciness is mild so those who couldn’t take spicy food can enjoy this dish too.

it's hard to find a substantial vegan mapo tofu with meat alternatives! this was very yummy and paired nicely with rice 🥰

This was so good! I loved it so much. It's extremely flavourful (towards the salty range), and the impossible meat really went well with the tofu. It's very hard to find mapo tofu with not just tofu alone, so I really did like this.

Meaty and rich Impossible Mapo Tofu, lots of umami! This is part of the plant based dim sum brunch, great value for the money.
