Sweet and Sour Abalone Mushroom Rice

so glad to see a vegetarian stall in town, and affordable as well! this dish came w lots of veggies - good for #health i guess but i would've liked more mushroom haha. there were only 3-4 big pieces 🙈

If you're looking for something sweet, sour and comforting, this should hit the spot. The abalone mushroom is battered and crisply fried, and has a lovely bite and texture to it reminiscent of the original pork version. #veganisnotscary
