Aquest plat tenia gusts molt diferents i especials: el salmon de pastanaga

feia un gust de peix molt sorprenent, sobretot les rodanxes més fines, i la salsa de cacahuet era molt intensa (potser una mica massa salada) i combinava molt bé amb la resta. És un plat per un caprici de tant en tant, perquè no és molt abundant, però en val la pena!

really liked the details in the presentation. Vegan salmon cut in little circles with peanut sauce and soy, accompanied by feta cheese, sweet potato and seaweed caviar with a touch of wasabi. Every bite was a surprise

Purtroppo questo piatto, seppur di qualità, non mi è piaciuto molto: il finto salmone aveva

un sapore strano, avrebbero potuto aggiungere soia e alga nori per dare un sapore di mare che invece non c’era. Non ho poi capito bene il collegamento con la feta vegana che quasi sicuramente era quella Violife (che non mi piace)

Really tasted like salmon! The feta and sweet potatoes were very good too. Personally found

the peanut sauce too abundant, despite it tasted good. The dish was very enjoyable, but a bit pricey for the portion (13,40€).
