Review of Carpaccio de salmón at Chez Kessler by yudofu

Really tasted like salmon! The feta and sweet potatoes were very good too. Personally found the peanut sauce too abundant, despite it tasted good. The dish was very enjoyable, but a bit pricey for the portion (13,40€).
