A dish made for me! I love #pumpkin, #prunes (and they’re #pickled 😻), #walnuts, #sage and of course cheese! So this was just right up my alley. It was served with bread, although I would have preferred the ingredients more

Oh my, this #burger was incredible🤩 A Beyond Meat patty paired with #smoked cheese, pickles, crispy onion and the star of the dish, a bourbon glaze🍔 an umami party, it was small but deliciously flavoured. I want to have more
A #oatmilk #icedcoffee in this beautiful #vegan café in #Copenhagen 🇩🇰 the service was very kind and I liked all the wooden furniture, it felt very nordic❄️
