Been wanting to try these and finally did - kept passing by them in the vegan section in produce and finally caved. And they were worth it. Just simple fresh ravioli, there was a lot of mushroom filling stuffed in them, the filling was a creamy mousse as advertised. The pasta was almost silky like in texture it was so smooth and light.
Made for a really easy, simple dinner when I was not feeling like cooking. Just boiled them for 4 minutes, tossed them in some quality olive oil and topped with Violalife Parmesan and fresh ground pepper. Perfect! Next time I’m not feeling so lazy will sauté some fresh mushrooms to toss with them and maybe some spinach.
Looking forward to trying some of their other flavors. I paid $6.99 which really isn’t bad for fresh pasta and plenty enough for lunch tomorrow.
