Hard to find the words to describe this dish and the dessert that followed. Simply the best thing I’ve eaten so far in 2022!

First of all, it’s vegan just the way it is! Two it’s marinated and rubbed with an amazing blend of Indian spices that’s just right. And it’s charred all over but also insanely tender. Every bite of this cauliflower was heaven.
