French Fries

A cheer me up comfort food. Very Singaporean to eat it with loads of chillie

sauce. Wish there would have been good with ketchup & mustard too. Dont need all the truffle or special flavours, just original fries. Yum!

A basic dish which is done well. Not oily yet crispy on outside and soft

inside. $4 a portion and good for sharing.

Unsalted, fair amt of chunky 🍟 served with bottles of chilli sauce and ketchup 👍
