The bee hoon seems thinner than normal beehoonbut this was simple and tasty! Not the most value at $9 for a medium plate though and I wish they put more veggies #veganisnotscary #veganuary
taste's more than passable, portion-wise.. a different story altogether
At $5.50, the bee hoon used was thin, and it provided a unique texture which was different from the usual cut of bee hoon. Since the strands of bee hoon were thin, the serving was quite substantial. The flavours in each strand, coupled with the generous amount of ingredients, somewhat did the price justice. Overall, a safe option to try! Side note: thought it was cute that they tried to give some shrimp “sashimi” slices. The texture was really like sashimi but they were quite bland in flavours. Nevertheless, decent effort to be unique!
I always just eat d mala here, weekly actually. First time trying the ala carte dish. So so good. I like white bee hoon, and some ppl may think it's a just a plain boring dish, but it's actually quite hard to get a satisfying tasty white bee hoon tht's not msg laden. Tasted very good. Portion is just nice. Not oily. Lots of vege. I would eat this again. and again. 50/90 #veganisnotscary
Fish Sliced Noodles taste really good! (They added milk inside the soup). Xinghua bee hoon is also nice.👍 Surely will visit again!
