It comes with pickles and lettuce to wrap the mushrooms. It tasted even better wrapped to me:) However I wish the mushrooms could be crispier. #veganisnotscary

Abalone mushrooms coated in sweet and spicy fried batter, served with fresh lettuce and pickled vegetables to make crunchy wraps. This dish was inspired by Korean yangnyeom fried chicken, but the springiness of the mushrooms reminded me of calamari squid rings too! ($12)
Clearly inspired by the famous Korean fried chicken, the combination of mushroom, fresh lettuce and pickle (for a makeshift wrap) is actually quite good. Personally found the sauce a tad too sweet for my liking.
