Truffle tofu scramble mash sandwich

Got a protein boost from this tofu scramble! Kind of resembles that “scramble egg” type texture. Truffle wasn’t as apparent and personally would have liked it if there was a bit more. Excited for when they reopen soon to go back and try more of their food!

Love the texture of the scrambled tofu, yet can’t really taste the truffle smell. It’s a smaller portion compared to their other dishes, but still pretty filling.

What can I say? I’m definitely a fan! Will order this again next time I’m there! #crf

It was yum. The truffle taste was bold and over other flavours in the vegan tofu scramble. The best part of the meal was the seaweed fried ribbons. 😂😂 generous portions with the sides.
