Truffle tofu scramble mash sandwich

Well Dressed Salad Bar

Got a protein boost from this tofu scramble! Kind of resembles that “scramble egg” type texture. Truffle wasn’t as apparent and personally would have liked it if there was a bit more. 

Excited for when they reopen soon to go back and try more of their food!
