If all salads are like this, I would be very happy to choose it over rice or noodles. It’s spicy, crunchy, salty, sweet, and tangy sour! Such a party in your mouth! This salad was spectacular. Betel leaf, crispy sweet and sour yuba, roasted coconut, peanuts, and a ginger tamarind dressing. It was bright, citrusy, crunchy and a little bit spicy. Everything I want in a salad!

🇹🇭🥗 I'm not well versed in Thai Food. But I believe this was meant to be a vegan interpretation of a local cuisine. There was a lot of focus on the crispy textures of coconut and tofu, which luckily was supported by the fresh lettuce. Nicely textured dish with balanced tangy and spicy flavours 😚
