Warning ⚠️ This is a Special menu item and may not always be on the menu... I’m sorry to tease. 😜 Mama Dut’s Vietnamese style beefless stew is filled with local potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions, cooked in a savory lemongrass broth with ginger, paprika, star anise and cloves. It is topped with house made ryblets and cilantro. This stew is Gluten-free and served with a loaf of bread or kimchi rice. I opted for the bread and it was delicious! The ryblets were perfectly tender just as I remember beef stew to be, and the lemongrass flavor was evident for sure. This is a great meal for cool, rainy weather— just like yesterday evening. #supportlocal #mamadut #portlandveganeats #vietnamese #vietnamesecuisine #beefstew #stew #vietnam #vegan
