Vegetable ramen

Fantastico! Brodo delizioso, verdure abbondanti e di stagione. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il cavolo nero croccante come topping.

Tasty and beautifully presented (despite my poor photographic skills!) vegetarian ramen. Using vegetable broth and seasonal greens. You can ask for the vegan version which is with no egg (as in the pic). Unfortunately the only vegan option at the time of the our visit.
