Tiramisu vegan a base di anacardi con cuore morbido al cacao, pan di spagna con cuore al tamarindo, crumble al caffè, e gelato affumicato caffè e mandorla.

Spaghettone mantecato con pesto di radicchio rosso, nocciole tostate e riduzione al Querciabella. Davvero ottimo e porzione generosa

Paradisiaco. Gnocchi alla zucca con tartufo, lamelle di cavolo romanesco a crudo, mirtilli e bucce di zucca fritte. Tutto meraviglioso
