Not sure why but they served everything in disposables today. It was good! Similar to
the sambal tempeh except the unagi was used as the fish instead of tempeh. Always ask for less rice here if not I wouldn’t be able to finish 😌

as well. Inside the rice bowl was some ladies fingers, long beans, “fish” and cabbage. I found the sambal pretty spicy, which I quite liked 🤗 Pretty interesting that the “fish skin” was made of seaweed!!

Very delicious vegetables, especially brinjal! Interesting play with texture on the use of tofu accompanied by fried seaweed, although the dish as a whole is on the saltier side!
'unagi' was packed with flavour! Served with tofu, eggplant and okra. Spicy level was like 7/10?

Sambal is not too harsh n slightly sweet'ish, which is really nice.

Both the sambal sauce and the homemade fish are amazing. Get this everytime I visit them.
had great bite. Brown rice added nutrition value to the dish.
‘unagi’ and some tofu, so you get the best of both worlds :)
