An unusual vegan stingray dish that did not use mock fish, the semblance of the sambal sauce to non-vegan’s version is closely matched👍🏼

Very delicious vegetables, especially brinjal! Interesting play with texture on the use of tofu accompanied by fried seaweed, although the dish as a whole is on the saltier side!
