Fried Egg I’m In Love is a foodcart in North Portland that offers 1 vegan breakfast sandwich known as ‘Vegan & Sara’. It comes on toasted sourdough and includes their house-made veggie sausage, a Just Egg patty, avocado, vegan queso spread, and pickled red onions. For those who are gluten-free, they offer this as a bowl instead because their menu states that the GF bread they use contains egg. This sandwich was good and I appreciate the fact that they make their own vegan sausage. The sausage was very thin like bacon, but it tasted original and good.
