Soup ramen with smoky soy 'beef', corn kernels, cress microgreens, and beansprouts. 🍜🍖🌽 The broth infused with garlic oil was not bad taste-wise; personally would have liked it to be creamier and richer to resemble typical tonkotsu soup more closely! Ramen delizioso da Shisomen-Vegan Ramen! Ho apprezzato moltissimo il brodo di miso, un gusto delizioso. Molto particolare anche la “carne” vegana utilizzata, non mi ha fatto impazzire ma devo ammettere che ricordava molto il gusto originale. Il ristorante si trova a metà strada tra la porta di Brandeburgo e Potsdamer Platz, quindi in una zona piuttosto centrale. Nonostante questo il locale risulta tranquillo, adatto anche per pranzi di lavoro. 💸 Questo piatto completo ha un costo di 15€. Direi che li vale tutti. Ci si alza da tavola soddisfatti e belli pieni!

[Berlin] Muy bueno, me encanta el ramen y este está muy bien logrado. Viene con unos bifecitos de soja que son increíbles. La sopa un 10.
