Tom yum Fried Rice

Not gonna lie, I'm actually blown away by how good this is 🤩 I've seen my colleagues order this #tomyam fried rice a couple of times but never thought to get it for myself! I do after all lean towards noodles but gosh was this #friedrice ever good 🤤 First off, the portion! For S$4.50 they gave plenty of rice 🍚, #tofu 🫘, and #fakemeat 🌻 The #fuchuk beancurd skin thingy on the side was an add on.. at a pricey S$1.50 😱 Let’s not get ahead of ourselves though, this was an amazing dish! So rich and so filling, this may be a #bestpicks candidate for the area 😋

So many options at this veg stall! I love their tom yum fried rice which is made on the spot - you can watch the flames rise high from the wok 🔥🔥 I added some sides to fill me up. Do ask for their chili - it's great!

Can’t help getting slightly annoyed when non-veg Thai places say they can’t do fried rice/ pad thai etc without the fish sauce 🙄 you can totally make it #veganin2020 and just as flavorful with lemongrass, loads of Thai basil and tangy tamarind! This one here pretty much nailed it. Just gotta request for no egg to #veganize 👌🏼 #veganin2020 day 8 69 #daystreak

You can choose with or without egg version. Taste not bad, not exactly Tom yum taste but it’s good! Have the wok taste as expected from fried rice. It’s spicy so do take note for those who can take spicy.
