Thunderbird Bar is mostly vegan but not entirely. The vegan BLT on their happy hour
menu is served with your choice of fries or tater-tots. This BLT has Thrilling Foods Bakon on it, which is my favorite vegan bacon on the market! I rarely buy it because it’s so expensive at the grocery store, so having it on this sandwich was a real treat. 🥪 For only $10 this was a generous portion and I’d definitely get it again.
