Wow. This was just wow. There were slices of vegan meat. The soup was really
fragrant thanks to the mint and shallots. Probably one of the tastiest vegan pho I’ve had.

onions and garlic (which I love) are used during cooking which prob explains why the broth is so rich and sweet. Also a couple of items like banana ham (macam a chunkier version of mock slice fish) and no beef protein (looks like thin slices of beef, tastes quite authentic too). Ordered it as takeaway; broth was thoughtfully packed separately.
lacking proteins/ too much rice noodles and very very little soy protein bits)
Will definitely go back to try other dishes
of ingredients, I’ll say it’s well worth it. the broth was light yet so deep in terms of flavour, a little like a ramen broth but had so many dimensions to it. had so much going on and could taste each herb which I loved (except the coriander - I took them out HAHAHA) the seitan pieces were so chewy and really feels like beef. ham/fishcake slices were chewy and tbh didn’t add much to this but still yums. only thing I didn’t like were the raw beansprouts, but still an incredible noodle dish.
‘ham’ and other textured proteins! 🍌
But my sis said the soup seems to have improved from our previous visit, it’s more dark/ gao now 😝
Kind Pho which is milder and sweeter. Served with smooth flat rice noodles, banana leaf soy 'ham', soy 'beef', and fried beancurd puffs, along with beansprouts and herbs. 🍜🍖 The cut chilli gave an optional added dimension of spiciness to the dish. 🌶️ Slurp-worthy and high in protein! Would recommend this over The Kind Pho for those who prefer stronger-tasting food and/or enjoy mock meat. (Contains alliums, $14.90) #sgvegan #glutenfree #vietnamese #womenowned #minorityowned
