Umami broth cooked with aromatic alliums, giving it more depth in flavour compared to The Kind Pho which is milder and sweeter. Served with smooth flat rice noodles, banana leaf soy 'ham', soy 'beef', and fried beancurd puffs, along with beansprouts and herbs. 🍜🍖 The cut chilli gave an optional added dimension of spiciness to the dish. 🌶️ Slurp-worthy and high in protein!
