This Mac & Cheese is really savory and flavorful. It comes with roasted peppers, onions,

and basil. I added vegan chorizo to mine but there is an option for tofu as well. Although it is not very "cheesy", so to speak, I really enjoyed it. My husband said the taste reminds him of hamburger helper.

Just the right amount of heat from the vegan chorizo and peppers; not a super

heavy/rich cheeze sauce. Delicious!

I was a big fan of this! I love that you get s choice of

tofu or vegan chorizo or porterhouse with it (I got the porterhouse because I’m obsessed with it, lol) and that they add roasted bell peppers to it, which I think is a great addition.

This is fabulous mac and cheese! I got it with the vegan chorizo (the other

option is tofu), and it comes with roasted bell peppers and basil.
