Vegan Mac & Cheese at The Block Food & Drink — gretchens's Review (Sep 12, 2020)

This Mac & Cheese is really savory and flavorful. It comes with roasted peppers, onions, and basil. I added vegan chorizo to mine but there is an option for tofu as well. Although it is not very "cheesy", so to speak, I really enjoyed it. My husband said the taste reminds him of hamburger helper.
