These tacos are incredible. A great balance of flavor and the avocado crema is the perfect addition to the cauliflower “meat”.

Hard shell tacos with cauliflower meat, pico, pepper jack, avocado crema, and it has flowers so you know it’s fancy!

I love pineapple in savory dishes, and these pulled pineapple tacos hit the spot! I would've liked a bit more of the avocado crema and perhaps a bit more seasoning for the cauliflower meat, but still 10/10 for the inventiveness and presentation!

This consisted of 3 hard shell blue corn tacos filled with their ingenious signature seasoned cauliflower taco “meat”, pico de gallo, vegan pepper jack, shredded red and green cabbage, and avocado crema. They were fresh and full of flavor with a satisfying amount of 🔥. #saveveganrestaurants
