This consisted of 3 hard shell blue corn tacos filled with their ingenious signature seasoned cauliflower taco “meat”, pico de gallo, vegan pepper jack, shredded red and green cabbage, and avocado crema. They were fresh and full of flavor with a satisfying amount of 🔥. #saveveganrestaurants
