
The masala thosai (dosa) is a South Indian pancake made from fermented rice flour (sour batter) wrapped around potatoes cooked in spices and served with some spicy dips. It is mild in spiciness. It is vegetarian, i am not sure what type of oil is used to fry it (may contaim ghee). Springleaf Prata has other vegetarin options on the menu.
The thosai is not crispy at all, potato inside taste a bit flat, same goes to the coconut chutney.
Nothing spectacular about their masala thosai...Good but I've had so many better ones! This was slightly not as crispy as I would like it. #crf
Really liked the not-too-spicy coconut dip & pumpkin? curry :3 The portion was hugeee; this was stuffed generously with a soft potato & lentil mix! Went really well with the crispy thosai :)
