Soy Curl Salad

Calling all bleu cheese lovers! This Soycurl Salad by Homegrown Smoker is soo good! It comes with your choice of BBQ or buffalo smoked soy curls ( I opted for BBQ), coconut bacon bits, corn, avocado, bleu cheese crumbles, and tortilla strips tossed in ranch dressing. The bleu cheese was incredible and easily the best bleu cheese I’ve had since going vegan in 2012. Delicious Buffalo soy curl salad. The spicy Buffalo sauce pairs well with their creamy housemate ranch. The veggies were fresh. I'd definitely order this again

This consisted of meaty, flavorful BBQ smoked soy curls, avocado, All Vegetarian Inc 🐷-free 🥓, corn, authentic-tasting 🌱-based bleu cheese crumbles, spring mix, and multicolored tortilla strips, tossed in ranch dressing. This was tasty and substantial, easily a meal on its own. #saveveganrestaurants
