Soupspoon doesn’t have a ton of vegan options but the few ones they do have

seem to be pretty high-quality. The pura vida bowl was full of goodness! The crisp, golden falafel was fried to perfection. One of my nonvegan family members even specially asked the restaurant if they could give him some of the falafels separately to go with his dish! The roasted chickpeas were very crunchy and the kale, tomatos, and broccoli were very fresh. I got Asian pickles as an extra topping which added a boost of peppery flavor. Overall I’d definitely recommend this delicious bowl!

Pura Vida from The Salad Fork! 100% vegan✨ 100% halal🧚🏼‍♀️ It tasted amazing, there were

so many ingredients and flavours which somehow worked amazingly together; I never expected cranberries and broccoli to go so well together! The beet miso hummus tasted surprisingly sweet & had a smooth texture which made the dish so much more unique and flavourful. I’ve reviewed the falafel before, it’s amazing! The spiced chickpeas also added a great crunchy texture to the salad. I added Mint Aioli (add-on option) as well & it mixed very well with the hummus and rest of the salad, highly recommend this combination! The presentation is beautiful, so many colours which makes the eating process even more enjoyable. The packaging is environmentally friendly as well! Oh and the portion given is quite big & definitely enough for person’s lunch or dinner. Amazing dish, I’m enjoying trying dishes from this restaurant! Strongly recommend😌

The Vegan Pura Vida cost $8.80. This salad bowl came with quinoa (wish there could

have been a more generous serving of quinoa), susteniragriculture kale, broccoli, corn kernels, falafel cakes, savoury beets miso hummus, sweet and chewy dried cranberries, crunchy spiced chickpeas, and carrot sesame dressing. Lots of exciting Mediterranean flavours!

This salad bowl is so tasty! And surprisingly filling. It has a variety of components

(chickpeas, falafel, quinoa, beet, corn, carrot, cherry tomato, leafy veg) that all taste so good and come together really well. Perfect for a lunch or light dinner.

Pretty damn good and really hit the spot when I was craving something healthy! However,

beware that the purple hummus has cheese and that the falafel tastes really dry and not really like falafel (more like a herb crusty patty). My companion liked it but I wasn’t a big fan. The other components of the dish were great together tho! Paired it with a sweet potato from dondondonki to complete the meal 😋

. My family is vegan so we order for the salad and we like salads

from this restaurant. I particularly like one with falafel and broccoli

Did not expect too much from this but omg, this was really one of the

best salad bowls I’ve ever had. The individual ingredients are seasoned so well and each play an important role in the taste of the food. Super super good, would definitely buy it again. However, it was a bit pricey. I ordered it on deliveroo and it was $13.20 altogether
