The crisp, golden falafel was fried to perfection. One of my nonvegan family members even specially asked the restaurant if they could give him some of the falafels separately to go with his dish! The roasted chickpeas were very crunchy and the kale, tomatos, and broccoli were very fresh. I got Asian pickles as an extra topping which added a boost of peppery flavor. However, beware that the purple hummus has cheese and that the falafel tastes really dry and not really like falafel (more like a herb crusty patty). My companion liked it but I wasn’t a big fan. The other components of the dish were great together tho! Paired it with a sweet potato from dondondonki to complete the meal 😋Pura Vida
