Battered and spiced cauliflower that was neither too oily nor too dry. Somehow it remained

juicy and tender inside while crispy on the outside. Didn't add-on any dips but it was already great as it was. Loved how delicious this was even with only whole foods; my favourite from this meal! A tasty side dish if you feel like a fried vegetable rather than a meat

substitute. I was surprised how good the crispy skin was, it was pretty close to the skin you get on real fried chicken. Definitely worth grabbing the barbecue sauce to dip in ;)
