Southern Cauliflower Bites at Soul Burger — xinru-t's Review (Jul 11, 2023)

Battered and spiced cauliflower that was neither too oily nor too dry. Somehow it remained juicy and tender inside while crispy on the outside. Didn't add-on any dips but it was already great as it was. Loved how delicious this was even with only whole foods; my favourite from this meal!
