Contents differ between former and pictured (pricing too 👉 under $10). Minimal tofu for one, more a coagulation of #carbsforlife starches panfried to a crisp. Vegan oyster omelette made with beancurd, straw mushrooms, and seaweed for that slight 'seafood' aroma! 🍳🍄 The sulfuric 'eggy' flavour was a little lacking (would have benefited from a dash of kala namak black salt perhaps?) but the overall dish was still delicious and satisfying, especially when paired with the chilli sauce. 🌶️ Not too greasy either. It leaned towards being slightly thin with a crispy crust; while still having a decent tofu to starch ratio. I must say the menu at this eatery was suspiciously similar to that of Flavours By Sauté 🙈 but this vegan orh luak was definitely a worthy contender and at a more affordable price tag too!
