El "irezumi art" con arroz blanco, salmón vegano, aguacate y con toque de sésamo. Un
rollito de sushi muy muy rico. Además, lleva finas tiras de trufa y chinarose. Tendría que estar acompañado de una irresistible salsa vegana de mayonesa trufada, pero no lo hicieron. No sé si lo recomendaría porque ya el local es una decepción.
