Unexpectedly good! They don't taste like meat, which is great for me, but the texture is perfect IMO and the flavour is also great.
My German omnivore bf also approved them.

I got to try this from my company, but I was expecting some more pistachiosity which actually wasn't there almost at all. At least it's not too sweet and the texture is great, but it reminded me of the pea mylk. I think more

Probably the best focaccia I ever had, even compared to the ones in Italy. I cannot even describe it in words. There was a super aromatic garlic oil on it which really made the difference, but the dough itself was also crazy more
