Itā€™s a best seller

Wanted to try it after so many years not eating Salmon

It doesnā€™t

have the fishy taste

I find the mayo sauce is a tat too much

Pleasant to eat

Surprised by how tender the ā€œsalmonā€ was its kinda just melted in my mouth.

Finally tried šŸ™Saute SushišŸ™ after reading so much about it on abillion! One of the

stars of the meal was this zalmon #sushi with spicy #vegan mayooo ($3.50), v v yummy! Only downside was the rice, which did not taste or feel like sushi rice šŸ„² It has been years since I had sashimi so this meal was such a treat šŸŒ PS we love scanning the menu on abillion bfore deciding what to orderrr hehe ft my sushi date @emdothe77 arigatooo

The zalmon was a really close imitation of the real thing, I was so surprised

and elated. The spicy mayo sauce is a good addition. As someone who used to love sushi a lot, this $3.50 dish made me think that I no longer had to feel like I gave up sushi from my food choices :ā€™)
Just a small note though, when I tried it again a second time itā€™s not as good as he first time so the quality may vary

I've had vegan sushi before, which always looked quite fascinating. Herbivore, for instance, offers a

slab of konnyaku in place of salmon sashimi.

Saute's version is beautifully, thinly sliced and the texture comes awfully close to mimicking real raw salmon! It looks gorgeous, and the spicy mayo on top adds a lovely kick.

The salmon is made from konjac I think, so it is pretty tasteless. But the

mayo tastes really like kewpie mayo. 3.50sgd for 2 pieces.

Torched konjac salmon which tasted better than their usual konjac salmon sushi. Not overly thick

or chewy. Non-veg sashimi-lover friend approved! ($3.50)

If you've had salmon sashimi, this is sure to be a letdown. If you've not,

I would say you would be better off spending your calories on something else. This zalmon seems to be made of konnyaku or something similarly tasteless. I couldn't taste anything vaguely salmony šŸ˜¢

Definitely must be praised for the effort and attempt

However, the zalmon didnā€™t taste like

anything and the sushi rice can surely be refined. Not a must try dish in my opinion.

The zalmon combined with the spicy mayo is amazing ā¤ļø probably the best vegan sashimi

I've had so far
