Review of Spicy Mayo Zalmon at Saute Sushi by wathoney

The zalmon was a really close imitation of the real thing, I was so surprised and elated. The spicy mayo sauce is a good addition. As someone who used to love sushi a lot, this $3.50 dish made me think that I no longer had to feel like I gave up sushi from my food choices :’)
Just a small note though, when I tried it again a second time it’s not as good as he first time so the quality may vary
