Loved this dish! It is combination of fried "tau gua" with straw mushrooms and seaweed.

The texture is a little bit crispy and the chilli sauce has a delightfully sour and spicy kick. #veganisnotscary

This is the original ork luak tasted here long time ago. It still tastes pretty

good. Should say…very good !!!

The chillie is also very very nice and goes well with the dish. It tasted better when warm up then when it is cold.

This is a must try dish here !!!

The yellow bits look like eggs but they are not eggs …just some curd fried till this color. I guess. That look like eggs.

Perfect dish ! Wanna try ?? 🥰🥰

J, someone who recently transitioned to being mostly plant-based, says that it’s pretty reminiscent of

its non-vegan counterpart ✨

The portion for this is huge (like more than a normal meal imo) so it’s best for sharing.

This dish uses sliced straw mushrooms in place of ‘oysters’ and firm tofu in place of eggs!

I really love the Egg substitute for the vegan orh luak. You will not miss

egg in this dish. Yummy and suitable for vegan #crf!

My mom really loved this. Portion is big, great starter for sharing. Still thinking on

how to emulate my own recipe with what I've gauged from tasting this. Instead of egg they used beancurd which is probably smashed. Chilli was good and vital to the whole dish. #crf

Wow I finally get all the rave about this vegan orh luak!! The texture and

the flavors are so on point!! A bit of starch made everything so well combined. My non-vegan friends loved this dish 🤟🏻

V interesting! The crisp color texture and appearance was quite eggy! Had small bits of

chewy starchy bits but they weren’t unpleasant. Never had real orh luak but mum said it was q similar and fam ate it at the speed of light so #omnivoreapproved

Nice crispy tofu vegan orh luah! Very flavourful, and the seaweed and chilli makes it

even better !

This dish is a vegan spin off of the Chinese Oyster omelette dish, it does

not taste like the original omelette dish but it is something unique. The texture is kind of similar to fried egg but they used bits of tofu and if I m not wrong, glutinous powder to bind the ingredients together. Other ingredients like mushrooms, seaweed and sesame seeds also makes this dish smell really fragrant! The chilli sauce falls on the spicy, slightly salty side.

Definitely a well done dish from sauté and I 100% recommend this :)

It’s really good~

Their menu is clear to identify vegan, vegetarian, nuts etc. ... We ordered Hash Brown

Truffle, Pasta pumpkin tomato, Ramen Soy Milk Miso, Rice Tendon Salad and vegan Orh Luak. All are tasty.
