J, someone who recently transitioned to being mostly plant-based, says that it’s pretty reminiscent of its non-vegan counterpart ✨

The portion for this is huge (like more than a normal meal imo) so it’s best for sharing.

This dish uses sliced straw mushrooms in place of ‘oysters’ and firm tofu in place of eggs!
