I have not had agedashi tofu in ages. So glad to find a vegan agedashi

tofu!

the sayce was superbb!! i think they fried the tofu as the skin has a

crispy texture to it!

I no longer thought it was pricey when they laid the dish on the table.

Love the amount of dried seaweed layered on! Tofu itself stays quite well together. Subtlety flavoured. Good starter! #veganuary

We got this as a side to our ramen. This was highly raved among all

my friends as well! The tofu was really soft on the inside. It amazes me how they manage to keep the tofu in its shape while deepfrying this and it tasted almost exactly or even better than the ones in japanese establishment. The sauce accompanying it was a tad salty (i figure due to the seaweed) and they really really generous with nori as well given that those are not really cost friendly. Thumbs up for this and I would definitely order this again!

Love this dish! The tofu is soft, the skin is fried to cripsy, then soak

in the sauce to achieve a soft but cripsy texture. The seaweed compliment the tofu and the sauce.

Already vegan, tofu was simple but comforting. Is a great starter dish and complements Japanese

dining well.

Day3: Dear Vegans & Supporters,
The tofu was done pretty well, crispy and soft.

Sincerely,

My first time trying this and I loved it! Served warm and the batter was

fried to perfection! Will defo be back for this

Crispy outside, super soft inside. Would not order this again. When I cut the piece

the crispy was super slimy. Also it was quite tasteless. A bit weird for me.
