Noodles well cooked with premium soy sauce and omg their soup is solid amazing! Boiled for over 10 hours as the owner claims and the Japanese shiitake mushroom is thick and succulent- premium at it's best! Only at $4 per set, definitely value for money and worth visiting!

today!! They also ran out of reusable bowls because of the crowd so it came in a kinda small disposable bowl, which made the noodles harder to toss and eat. The highlight was definitely the soup and wantons!! The soup was so full of umami from being simmered for hours with mushrooms, radishes, and other vegetables. The owner was also really kind to give three huge mushrooms in the soup. The wantons were filled with mushrooms too, and the skin was just the right thickness. The noodles weren't particularly impressive and actually a bit too sweet for me (they used thick soy sauce instead of the typical light sauce wanton mee comes in) but had decent texture!
