These cauliflower tacos are excellent- the flavor was really bright and light, with a good
balance between the charred cauliflower, pickled onions, and corn tortillas.

These are AMAZING. The cauliflower is so crispy and the chipotle sour cream is very
flavorful. I love the pickled onions too. I could eat a million of these. Of course, fried foods aren't the healthiest but I'll indulge every once in a while.
